Creativity in MotionInspired by the Aurora
The Northern Lights inspired the PENCEO logo — a symbol of creativity in motion. The stylized element by the letter P captures energy, transformation, and uniqueness, while chromatic foil in print adds a premium, ever-changing dimension, just like the aurora itself.

Challenge
Lack of a visual strategy and unified design.
AIU’s communication was inconsistent and lacked a clear graphic direction. The organization needed a modern, cohesive identity spanning social media, reports, and events.

Solution
Developed a design direction and created a consistent visual language for all channels.
This included templates for digital communication, annual reports, infographics, and event materials. As the lead designer, I oversaw the process and ensured the quality of all deliverables.

Outcome
AIU gained a modern, professional image.
Reports became clear and visually engaging, while social media established a recognizable and impactful style.
The cohesive design system was rolled out globally, supporting both daily communication and major international events. The new design system positioned AIU as a credible, modern, and globally recognizable voice in the world of sport.
